Gorgeous colors! Makes me want to go there. Thanks for any lens advice you can give. I have a Nikon D5100 camera with an 18-55mm lens and a 55-300mm zoom. I take all kinds of photos, from landscapes to macros...at least I try! But I'm thinking that there's a lens that will give a different "look" to ordinary shots?
Thanks Nancy. You seem to have most of the focal range covered with the lenses you have. You may want to try Nikon's 10-24mm wide angle zoom or a fast fixed focal length lens like the sigma 30mm f/1.4 art series lens. The 10-24 would be good for taking in some super wide angle views of the beautiful Virginia countryside. The 30mm f/1.4 would be nice for low light shooting because of its fast aperture. Another advantage of the 30mm would be its small size and light weight. In my opinion, either of those would make a nice addition to the collection of lenses you already have.
