Cathedral Falls
I forgot to post this from my little road trip last Wednesday. Cathedral Falls, one of my favorite places to shoot. There was a bunch of people there when I was headed toward Fayetteville, so I didn't stop. When I got there on my way back home a giant rain storm had just quit but it was still drizzling. By the time I got to where I took this shot it had started to rain again (you can see some rain spots in the photo) and was pretty dark because another storm was on it's way. I only got two shots because I thought I was gonna get struck by lightning or my camera was gonna get soaked. I didn't want either, plus I had forgotten my glasses in the van and could hardly make out the controls on my camera. I got outta there just in time and got to see quite a lightning show between Gauley Bridge and Smithers.

That's a great pic Eric.
That's a keeper.
Thanks!
Sharp photo. That is one of my wife's favorite places to go to. The lightning show you saw was probably just the Gauley Bridge police department catching speeders in the biggest little speed trap in Fayette County. Nice shot!
